We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for all educational programmes. For one-to-one consultations, refund requests must be made within 7 days of your session. After these periods, refunds are not available.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@revivenydrainao.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days with confirmation and processing instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultations where the full session has been completed
  • Digital materials already downloaded and used
  • Requests made after the refund period has expired

5. Subscription Services

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your account dashboard. You will not be charged for future billing periods. For the current billing period, refunds are available if requested within 14 days of charge.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for promotional or heavily discounted purchases at our discretion. Contact us for clarification on specific offers.
